This place is simply a shadow of what it could be. The decor is slightly out of date, and I'm not sure who designed these low toilets—they're an absolute tragedy. I almost considered leaving a good review, but where was my warm welcome gift? I shouldn't have to ask! What a letdown.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm cookies and a lovely gift basket. The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and convenient amenities like a fridge and microwave. The pool area was well-kept, and breakfast offerings, including an omelet maker, were delightful.

The outdoor pool and hot tub were enjoyable amenities.

The room felt a bit run down, and the bed was not as comfortable as I expected. The staff's rudeness regarding my late checkout request was shocking—I felt disrespected. Additionally, the accusation about missing pillows was both embarrassing and unwarranted. it left a sour taste in my mouth about the entire stay.

Had a lovely stay with a cozy room and a delightful surprise gift basket upon arrival. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a long day of traveling. The only thing to note is that the toilet was lower than I’m used to, but that didn’t dampen my experience at all! 😊

my stay at best western was really pleasant. i loved the spacious room and the comfy bed—it made for a great night's sleep. the staff welcomed me with a lovely gift basket upon check-in, which was such a nice surprise. breakfast had plenty of options and was well-stocked.
